Meet Andrey Korobyak
Learning his craft in New York, the French Alsace, Paris and Copenhagen, the talented young Estonian chef, Andrey Korobyak, honed his skills at Geranium, a world-famous *** Michelin star restaurant. Andrey moved on to be a brand chef at MØS, an acclaimed restaurant in Moscow focused on natural and simple Scandinavian cuisine. Today he is about to open his own restaurant in Tallinn, launching in parallell a new restaurant in Kaliningrad's five-star hotel Crystal House & Spa. Andrey’s Nordic everyday cuisine appeals to people who value nature and a healthy, green lifestyle.
