Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients (serves: 4)

300 g frozen acai purée
4–5 bananas, chopped
600 g frozen mango chunks

Toppings:
Mixed fresh fruits
Edible flowers
Desiccated coconut

Directions

 

1. Blend acai, banana and mango in a blender on the highest speed, until smooth.

2. Divide between bowls and top with fruits, flowers and coconut.
