Jerusalem artichoke brownies

Jerusalem artichoke brownies

Sweeten baked goods with jerusalem artichokes

These rich, delicious brownies are sweetened with jerusalem artichoke syrup instead of sugar. Jerusalem artichoke syrup is rich in inulin, a type of fiber that feeds the friendly flora of the intestinal tract. It has an exceptional sweet taste and a very low glycemic index.

Ingredients

125 g of ghee oil
125 g of broken black chocolate
2 eggs
300 ml of Jerusalem artichoke syrup
115 g of rice flour
25 g of 100% cocoa powder
A pinch of salt

Step 1

Put the saucepan on the Electrolux induction hob, pour in chocolate and butter and set the hob to level 2. The induction maintains stable heating and you can melt the chocolate without a water bath.

Step 2

Beat the eggs into the bowl of the Electrolux Assistant kitchen machine and mix. Add all the dry ingredients and mix once again. Add the melted chocolate and Jerusalem artichoke syrup and stir until smooth.

Step 3

Set the Electrolux CombiSteamPro oven to the Hot steam mode and warm up to 170 degrees Celsius. Put the baking paper in the baking form and pour in the dough. Place it in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. When done, slightly cool down the brownie and cut it into small pieces.
